Use Instructions – During Hair Restoration Surgery

Vitalise can be used to keep grafts hydrated prior to implantation. You can spray the Vitalise solution directly onto the grafts. Grafts should be sprayed and kept hydrated during this critical period for graft survival. Vitalise provides not only hydration but also energy and nutrients necessary for proper graft maintenance, which is something that other sprays do not provide.

Use Instructions – Post Operative

Vitalise should be applied every 2 hours for the first 48 hours post-surgery and then every 4 hours until wound closure (typically 5-7 days). Donor and recipient sites can both be sprayed.

Vitalise should be stored in the refrigerator when not in use (2-8°C, protected from light). Our current shelf life is 120 days when stored @ 2-8°C.

Can I leave my bottle out of the refrigerator?

We recommend that Vitalise Wound Care Spray is refrigerated when not in use as our shelf life studies were performed at refrigerated temperatures. Additionally, customers tend to find the cooling effect from spraying soothing to the hair follicles.

Can I use this product on other scrapes and mild injuries?

Yes, the wound care spray can be used on any external dermal wounds. The same application procedure recommended for the product should be used for these types of injuries.
