Welcome to our new website experience.

My name is Kristen, and I assist with order fulfillment here at EDS. I'm here to walk you through the many changes and benefits of our new web store compared to our previous ordering experience. I hope this post will help you navigate the website and checkout process if needed.

ONLINE ORDERING

One of the most major changes to the ordering process is you can now order online. Like most other web stores, you'll have a customer account, add items to your cart, and checkout using virtual payment. You can find our liposomal ATP products in the PRODUCTS tab. You can find information about the products in the BRANDS tab.

 

Our products have a shelf life of 120 days from date of manufacture. On the product page, you can find the current expiration date of our product. We ship our products FIFO (first in, first out), thus newer batches will not show up here on the product page. However, we can make exceptions based on ordering frequency and transit time. You may receive a newer batch during order fulfillment. 

 

 

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

A new addition of our website is the implementation of customer accounts. This is required for checking out on our website as we still only sell ATPv to licensed clinical physicians for use in hair transplants. Your customer account will display your address for shipping, your order history, and more. For example, you can track your existing orders, change any details if you move and add multiple addresses, and quickly reorder your previous order from your customer account.

 

 

 

 

LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM

To show our appreciation for your loyalty, we want to reward you for your reorders. We've implemented a loyalty rewards program. You get 100 points immediately upon signing up for an account with us. With every $500 USD spent, you get 100 points. You get 5% OFF your order for 1000 points earned and this 5% will be applied toward your entire order. Points expire after 100 days. You can redeem these points in your customer account if you've reached the 1000 point goal in Customer Account > Loyalty Program > Redeem

 

 

 

PRICING STRUCTURE CHANGES

Our pricing and pricing structure has changed with this new website launch. First, pricing is transparent. You'll now know the total of your order at checkout, and receive your invoice for your records to your email inbox. Our price breaks for ATPv are shown on the product page. Price breaks are issued with increased order quantity. Once a price tier has been reached after being added to your cart, the discount percent is automatically applied at checkout. For example, if you add 11 bottles to your cart, a 10% discount will be issued.

 

 

 

 

 

SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE

Many of our customers order ATPv and Vitalise Wound Care Spray regularly for their hair transplant cases. We now offer a subscription program which will allow you to save an additional 5% off of your order when you sign up. With flexible shipping schedules (every 2 weeks / 1 month / 2 months / 3 months), there's great incentive to look ahead at your caseload and order through our subscription program so you can save more.

 OVERVIEW OF SUBSCRIPTION RULES:
2 weeks --> Minimum of 4 orders (2 month commitment)
1 month --> Minimum of 4 orders (4 month commitment)
2 month --> Minimum of 4 orders (8 month commitment)
3 month --> Minimum of 4 orders (12 month commitment)


In order to receive the discount, you must commit to the payment subscription schedule above. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or paused. Bottles can be added, and orders can be placed sooner if needed.

 

 

SHIPPING

We still ship our products cold chain using expedited UPS shipping.

Domestic, we offer:

UPS 2nd Day Air®
UPS Next Day Air®

with a $45 handling fee.

International, we offer:

UPS Worldwide Expedited®
UPS Worldwide Express®
UPS Worldwide Saver®
with a $65 handling fee.
Handling fees are built into the shipping cost.
You can choose your shipping method at checkout, and special order instructions (if needed) once items have been added to your cart.
Once an order is placed, an invoice will be sent to your email with your UPS tracking number.
